About the Role A multi-brand apparel company operating across direct-to-consumer ecommerce, wholesale/B2B, and marketplaces, with an expanding systems architecture spanning ERP, order management, planning, analytics and product lifecycle platforms is seeking an entry-level BlueCherry ERP Analyst to join our applications team and grow into a broad, cross-functional expert on our core ERP platform.
This role is built for someone early in their career who wants to develop deep expertise in enterprise apparel systems. You'll learn BlueCherry from the ground up — order management, inventory, production, allocation, and financials — while applying and sharpening your SQL and data skills to support the business. Experienced BlueCherry talent who know the platform end-to-end is hard to find in the market; we'd rather invest in someone with strong technical fundamentals and real curiosity about how the business runs, and grow that person into exactly the well-rounded resource this platform demands. How You'll Contribute Learn and support multiple modules within BlueCherry, including order management, inventory, allocation, production, and financials, working closely with senior ERP developers and business stakeholders Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from BlueCherry and related systems Assist in diagnosing data and potential system issues, tracing root causes across system modules and business workflows Support report and dashboard development for sales, merchandising, planning, finance, and production teams Participate in system testing, configuration changes, and documentation as BlueCherry evolves alongside the broader systems landscape Partner with business teams to understand how they use the system day to day, and translate that context into enhanced functionality and/or better technical support Document processes, data flows, and system logic as you learn them, building institutional knowledge that's currently thin in the market Take on increasing ownership across BlueCherry modules over time, with a path toward becoming a subject-matter resource who understands the platform broadly rather than narrowly What you Bring to the
