We do offer paid time offs, holidays, 401k, medical, dental, and vision Job Summary The Facilities and Logistics Operations Division (6400) oversees the physical development, maintenance, and safe operation of the Laboratory's infrastructure—supporting advanced workplaces, resilient systems, and uninterrupted mission delivery. Within this division, the Facilities Strategic Planning & Administration Section (644) provides essential tools, guidance, and processes that enable efficient space utilization and the administration of core facilities-owned systems. The Facilities & Logistics System Administration Group (644A) is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and technically strong Enterprise Systems Analyst III to serve as the functional lead and developer for JPL's enterprise

system. This role performs complex, wide-ranging functions across disciplines and owns major phases of the application lifecycle—including highly complex requirements gathering, system configurations, and cross-functional integrations (such as Oracle ERP). The ideal candidate balances independent execution with strong team collaboration, applying technical skill and sound judgment to support internal and external partners while consistently hitting performance and schedule milestones . Ideal candidates may be experienced TRIRIGA developers or enterprise systems analysts with strong technical aptitude who are willing and able to learn TRIRIGA development concepts. Acting as a primary liaison to the JPL community, you will recommend and implement solutions to highly complex operational issues, oversee system enhancements, and ensure seamless integration across institutional enterprise applications. Tasks include but are not limited to System Administration & Support Configure, maintain, and support TRIRIGA Capital Projects and other Facilities & Logistics systems. Validate system changes to ensure no adverse impact on existing functionality, interfaces, or integrations. Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and training. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional production issues. Collaborate with technical personnel to support multiple database environments, including periodic data refreshes. Generate system metrics, reports, and conduct data validation activities. Identify opportunities to enhance applications, workflows, and user experience. Business Analysis & Process Support Gather requirements, document business needs, and translate them into actionable JIRA tickets. Support sprint planning and coordinate system changes with development teams, interface partners, and stakeholders. Diagram and validate business processes to ensure proper alignment between system functionality and user requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and process documentation. TRIRIGA Development & Enhancement (based on skillset) Modify TRIRIGA forms, including field adjustments and page configurations. Develop or refine TRIRIGA workflows, state transitions, business rules, and validations. Create or update TRIRIGA queries, classifications, lists, portals, navigation items, and menus. Configure notifications and manage user/security group updates. Improve user experience by streamlining navigation and reducing friction between related records. Package TRIRIGA configurations for migration across environments. Participate in daily scrums, design reviews, and development team discussions. Update functional and technical design documentation (FDD/TDD). Interface Support (Oracle
ERP & TRIRIGA
) Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving RESTful web services between TRIRIGA and Oracle ERP. Support flat-file interfaces with Oracle HR, Property Manager, Project Accounting, and Purchasing. Assist with implementing new interfaces to support evolving operational and business needs. Reporting Create or modify TRIRIGA and BIRT reports based on user requirements. Develop audit tracking reports and other data-driven outputs for Capital Projects. Collaborate with Facilities reporting stakeholders to define requirements and recommend reporting solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, MIS, Computer/Information Technology, or a related field with 6 years of related experience; OR Master's degree with 4 years of related experience; OR PhD with 2 years of related experience. Advanced knowledge of system design, configuration, module setup, and applicable industry enterprise software practices. Strong background in gathering business requirements, analyzing system-related requests, and translating them into actionable plans. Proven ability to evaluate, map, and improve complex business processes and operational workflows. Ability to work independently with limited direction while collaborating effectively within a team environment to support cross-functional systems. Highly analytical mindset with the ability to apply sound discretion and independent judgment when evaluating complex technical solutions. Strong multi-tasking abilities and technical aptitude—including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio—to manage competing priorities and ensure the timely delivery of project milestones for both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of initiating interaction with colleagues, functional partners, and external stakeholders to present and validate complex information.
