About dotSolved dotSolved is a digital transformation and IT services firm delivering enterprise application, automation, and data services to mid-market and large enterprises across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Technology, and Private Equity portfolios. As a long-standing Oracle partner, we implement and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud, NetSuite, and Oracle E-Business Suite for clients ranging from high-growth innovators to established global organizations. We are an AI-forward services company and one of the few firms to hold dual certification as both an Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI partner. Our consultants work at the intersection of proven ERP discipline and applied AI embedding intelligent automation directly into the applications our customers run their business on. Joining dotSolved means working on demanding, high-visibility programs alongside senior practitioners and retired-CIO advisors, with the opportunity to shape how AI reshapes the Oracle delivery model. Role Summary We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion P2P Functional Consultant to serve as the procurement and payables subject-matter expert on a dedicated customer engagement out of our Pleasanton, California office. You will own the functional design, configuration, and successful delivery of the Procure-to-Pay value stream from sourcing and purchasing through supplier management, invoicing, and payments. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can lead requirements workshops, translate business needs into Oracle Fusion solutions, and drive a program from blueprint through go-live and stabilization. While the position is functional in focus, the consultant is expected to have a strong technology background enough to set direction for, review the work of, and manage the technical team members (developers, integration, and reporting resources) working under them on the engagement. Two capabilities are essential and non-negotiable for this role: deep working knowledge of the Oracle Redwood experience (now in Oracle's mandatory rollout window for ERP and Procurement) and hands-on fluency with Oracle Fusion's embedded and agentic AI for Procure-to-Pay (the Payables, Expenses, and Payment agents; autonomous sourcing; and AI Agent Studio) This position is fully on-site at our Pleasanton, California office. It is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Required Qualifications 12+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience, with at least 5+ years specifically on Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Payables . Demonstrated experience leading multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion P2P implementations (three or more, discovery through go-live), in a senior or lead functional capacity. Deep hands-on configuration expertise across the Fusion P2P modules listed above. A strong technology background sufficient to manage and direct technical team members the ability to read and assess technical designs, integrations, and reports, and to hold technical resources accountable to the functional solution, even though this role is not a hands-on development role. Demonstrated, hands-on experience with the Oracle Redwood experience configuring and/or transitioning P2P pages to Redwood, and a clear understanding of Oracle's mandatory Redwood rollout for ERP and Procurement. (Essential this role works on Redwood, not the classic UI.) Practical, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion's embedded and agentic AI for Procure-to-Pay for example enabling the Payables Agent, working with AI-assisted invoice processing, autonomous sourcing, or AI Agent Studio. Candidates must be able to speak credibly to how Fusion AI works in the P2P value stream and how to deploy it safely. (Essential.) Strong command of the underlying business processes: procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier management, three-way matching, payment processing, and period-close in the P2P context. Proven ability to run client workshops, drive design decisions, and author professional-grade functional documentation in American English. Experience with approval workflow configuration (BPM / Approvals Management) and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting. Experience with data conversion and integration design for P2P objects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence to be credible in front of customer finance and procurement leadership. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud certification in Procurement and/or Payables. Exposure to adjacent Fusion modules General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, or Tax and a solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay-to-GL accounting flow. Experience configuring Oracle AI Agent Studio agent templates, authoring agent policy documents, and standing up agent governance, observability, and ROI tracking. Familiarity with the broader applied-AI landscape (large language models, agentic workflows, intelligent document processing) and an interest in pairing Oracle-native AI with dotSolved's AI and automation services. Interest in and exposure to applied AI and intelligent automation within enterprise applications.
