San Francisco, CA (Onsite Hybrid) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Accounting, Project Costing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules, Oracle Projects Costing, and Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH). This role requires collaboration with business, finance, engineering, and offshore teams to support integrations, reporting, and enterprise financial process improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations with a focus on direct procurement processes Support Oracle Projects Costing implementations, including configuration, setup, and process design Work on Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) implementations and system integrations Support accounting processes including: Intercompany (IC) Accounting Cost Accounting Receipt Accounting Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules including: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to design and implement integrations Build, customize, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports to support business operations Partner with cross-functional business teams and offshore teams to ensure successful project execution and support Participate in troubleshooting, testing, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives Required Skills Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and support Hands-on expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes Experience with Oracle Projects Costing and Oracle Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) Knowledge of Intercompany Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Receipt Accounting processes Experience configuring Oracle Fusion modules such as GL, AP, FA, and CM Strong reporting and report customization skills Experience collaborating with engineering teams on integrations and technical solutions Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams Preferred Skills Experience supporting large enterprise Oracle transformation initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in hybrid onsite-offshore delivery environments Familiarity with Agile or enterprise implementation methodologies
