Job Summary:

We are partnering with a leading life sciences organization to support a Supply Chain Senior Associate opportunity focused on clinical supply chain technologies and operational execution. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can help maintain data integrity, support ticket resolution, and keep critical supply chain processes running smoothly across systems and teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage error messages between Clinical Supply External Trial Operator Staging Tables and SAP, and help ensure timely resolution to protect inventory accuracy. Update clinical master data in SAP and monitor clinical data quality reports in Syniti to support system integrity and accurate shipments. Manage intake and routing of ServiceNow tickets for the DSCT resolver group, including categorization for root-cause visibility. Support

process documents, maintain the team dashboard and meeting agenda in Smartsheet, and assist with weekly Order to Cash issues meetings.

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of SAP and/or IS system experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, or an equivalent combination listed in the job description. General SAP experience, including basic working knowledge of SAP transactions and master data updates. Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar tools, with the ability to assign, categorize, and manage assigned tickets. Basic reporting tool exposure, such as Excel or Cognos, plus familiarity with regulated environments and some experience resolving system errors.
