$80000.00 - $130000.00Salary/year, Position Summary We are seeking a ERP Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise processes across Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Distribution. The ideal candidate combines strong manufacturing business knowledge with hands-on ERP configuration, data, reporting, integration, and problem-solving capabilities. This role will partner with the Engineering, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, and IT teams to improve end-to-end processes from product configuration and material planning through production, inventory movement, shipping, and customer fulfillment. Experience supporting Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), MRP, DRP, production planning, warehouse operations, and manufacturing ERP systems is highly desirable. Friedman Frontier experience is desirable but not required. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing & Product Configuration
ETO / CTO
Processes:
Support Engineer-to-Order and Configure-to-Order processes, including configurable products, product rules, customer-specific requirements, and manufacturing readiness.
Product Structures:
Partner with Engineering and Production to support item setup, configurable and multi-level bills of material, routings, work centers, planning parameters, and related master data.
Production Execution:
Support work orders, production reporting, material issue and consumption, completions, inventory movements, and other shop-floor transactions.
Process Improvement:
Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities to improve automation, system utilization, data accuracy, throughput, and operational control. Planning & Supply Chain
MRP / DRP
&
Replenishment:
Configure and support material requirements planning, distribution requirements planning, replenishment, safety stock, lead times, order policies, and planning parameters.
Production Planning:
Support demand-driven and forecast-driven production planning, scheduling, capacity considerations, material availability, and exception management.
Cross-Functional Planning:
Partner with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Operations to improve inventory levels, material availability, planning accuracy, and service performance.
Warehouse, Logistics & Distribution Warehouse Operations:
Support receiving, inventory control, picking, staging, transfers, cycle counting, and shipping processes within the ERP environment.
Logistics & Dispatch:
Support dispatch, load planning, carrier coordination, transportation, shipment processing, and delivery visibility.
Inventory Accuracy:
Improve visibility and control across raw materials, work in process, and finished goods; investigate inventory discrepancies and recurring transaction issues.
Order Fulfillment:
Support the integration of production, warehouse, logistics, and customer fulfillment activities to improve on-time and complete delivery performance.
ERP Solutions, Data & Technical Delivery Business Process Analysis:
Gather requirements, map current and future processes, identify gaps, and translate operational needs into ERP configuration, functional specifications, and solution designs.
ERP Configuration & Enhancements:
Configure, test, document, and support ERP functionality across Manufacturing, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Distribution.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and enhance reports, queries, dashboards, and operational KPIs; use SQL and ERP data to analyze issues, validate results, and support business decisions.
Systems Integrations & Automation:
Lead the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of ERP integrations and automation solutions, including APIs, EDI, file-based interfaces, and workflow automation; collaborate with business users, developers, vendors, and partners to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Technical Development:
Develop or support custom reports, interfaces, scripts, data utilities, and system enhancements; programming or scripting experience with RPG, C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python, or comparable technologies is highly desirable.
Testing & Deployment:
Create test scenarios, coordinate unit and user acceptance testing, validate configuration, data, and integrations, and support controlled deployment and post-implementation stabilization.
Issue Resolution:
Perform root-cause analysis across business process, configuration, data, program, and integration layers and drive issues through sustainable resolution.
Documentation & Training:
Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, SOPs, support materials, and knowledge-transfer documentation; provide user guidance and training as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications Experience:
6+ years of techno-functional ERP experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or order-driven environment.
Manufacturing Expertise:
Experience with ETO and/or CTO processes, product configuration, BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP/DRP, production planning, inventory management, and shopfloor or production transactions.
Warehouse & Logistics Expertise:
Experience supporting warehouse, inventory control, shipping, dispatch, transportation, distribution, or order fulfillment processes.
ERP Platform:
Hands-on experience with a manufacturing-focused ERP platform is required. Friedman Frontier is desirable, but comparable manufacturing ERP experience is acceptable.
Technical Skills:
Strong SQL and relational database skills for reporting, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. Experience with interfaces, EDI, APIs, file-based integrations, automation, or data conversion is strongly preferred. Programming /

Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages, such as RPG, C#, .NET, PowerShell, Python, or comparable technologies, is preferred.
