ERP ANALYST
•Englewood, Colorado | Full-Time, In-Office | $80,000•$120,000 Mears Group is hiring an ERP Analyst to support, maintain, and help optimize our Spectrum ERP environment. This is a junior-to-mid-level role ideal for someone who has solid SQL skills, understands core ERP business processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, job costing), and wants to grow into deeper system expertise within a construction and infrastructure company. You'll work closely with IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, build reports, and support integrations. Prior Spectrum experience is a plus but not required—we'll invest in getting you up to speed on our platform.

Wage:
$80,000•$120,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Troubleshoot ERP application, data, and integration issues through root-cause analysis Maintain ERP data accuracy through regular monitoring, validation, and updates Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into ERP configurations or process improvements Support ERP workflows and integrations across departments (finance, operations, project management) Participate in system testing and quality assurance for updates, patches, and new functionality Document processes, system configurations, data mappings, and integration workflows Generate reports and perform data analysis to support business decision-making Provide end-user support and training on ERP functionality All other duties assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
2-4 years of experience working with or supporting an ERP system in a business environment Strong SQL skills — comfortable writing queries, working with stored procedures, views, and data transformations in SSMS Understanding of core ERP business processes: order-to-cash, accounts payable/receivable, procurement, or job costing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to do root-cause analysis Clear communication skills — you can explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred:
Experience with Spectrum ERP or other construction/project-based ERP platforms Familiarity with SSIS for data integration and ETL processes Exposure to APIs and integration concepts (REST, webhooks) PowerShell scripting experience BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The physical activity and work environment required for this role includes: Sitting, standing, walking for extended periods in an office environment Occasionally stooping, climbing, bending and reaching Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment Occasionally lifting office equipment weighing up to 25 pounds This role is accepting applications until filled.
