Stafford, Connecticut job type: Contract salary: $55- 60 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert in Oracle E1 operations and manufacturing modules (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver).
- Partner with Site and Area Leadership during fit-to-standard sessions. Capture local operational requirements and align local super-users while advocating for global template standards.
- Lead testing preparation, establish local scenarios/infrastructure, and actively drive test execution alongside super-users to validate operational readiness (Critical Focus).
- Manage site-level data extraction, cleansing, and validation tasks for legacy site transitions to ensure seamless data migration into E1.
- Maintain up-to-date alignment on OCM readiness (change impacts, training milestones). Assist site leadership in identifying operational change impacts and deliver localized user training.
- Ensure all localized steps are seamlessly integrated into the master cutover plan. Lead local dress rehearsals and execute cutover tasks on schedule.
- Oversee local cutover execution, lead hypercare issue resolution, and provide direct hands-on support to site super-users and business stakeholders.
qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) in a user support, functional consultant, or implementation capacity.
- Proven expertise in E1 manufacturing and operations functionality (Planning, Sourcing/Procurement, Shop Floor Management/Production, and Distribution/Logistics).
- Solid understanding of interdependencies within E1 between manufacturing/operations, commercial processes, and financial functionality.
- Proven track record defining, preparing, and driving E1 test scenarios and script execution (Testing experience is a mandatory requirement).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate fit-gap discussions, influence stakeholders, and train local super-users.
