We are looking for a skilled SAP Systems Analyst to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze business processes, recommend system improvements, and support ERP configurations to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Examine and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement. Align organizational workflows with SAP system capabilities to optimize operations. Propose enhancements to system usage and business workflows to increase efficiency. Facilitate the implementation of system updates and changes as needed. Provide ongoing support for current SAP system implementations and configurations. Collaborate on future business expansion projects and introduce innovative operational strategies. Deliver technical assistance and solutions to address system-related challenges. Gather and analyze requirements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Conduct system configurations and resolve technical issues related to SAP. Ensure smooth integration of business processes with ERP solutions. Requirements Proven experience with SAP Business ByDesign or similar ERP systems. Strong background in business process improvement and engineering. Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and solve complex system issues. Familiarity with SAP configuration and ERP solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to connect business processes to SAP systems effectively. Customer-focused approach with the ability to offer constructive alternatives.
