FTE:
Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational ERP systems by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, assisting in the design and configuration of ERP solutions, and supporting testing activities to ensure system functionality. Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business users to maintain alignment and facilitates end-user training and support. Monitors system performance, recommending enhancements, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of ERP processes and changes.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational ERP systems by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Assists in design and configuration of ERP solutions. Supports testing activities to ensure system functionality. Acts as liaison between technical teams and business users. Facilitates end-user training and support. Monitors system performance and recommends enhancements. Maintains comprehensive documentation of ERP processes and changes.
Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's degree required Experience 1+ years of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance. Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or other programming languages may be required. Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration Certification may be required depending on the area the role supports (e.g., Oracle/PeopleTools Certified Expert Certification, Workday Administrator Certification, etc.). PeopleSoft HRIS experience Other Qualifications Basic knowledge of business process analysis and ERP configuration. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to assist in system testing and end-user training. Familiarity with ERP software and system performance monitoring. Preferred experience with PeopleSoft applications, including system configuration, support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
