ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Production of reports in the form of standardized dashboards or customized views of data utilizing databases and applications to provide information to business leaders 2. Ensure data pulled is consistent with business needs/requests and apply knowledge of the business to customize reports and deliver meaningful information 3. Apply knowledge of the business to customize outputs and deliver meaningful information, solve complex technical and operational issues to meet business needs 4. Identify and resolve data integrity issues and provide feedback to application/database administrators to ensure issues are addressed 5. Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services 6. Develop training material, user documentation and train on dashboards and reports. Instruct, direct users and line of business (LOB) partners on reporting tools. 7. Lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity, often with implications and/or resource requirements beyond own line of business or function 8. Impact the achievement of client, operational, project, service, and risk management risk objectives 9. Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information 10. Act as a resource and mentor for teammates with less experience.QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree 2. 8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3. Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within a professional discipline. 4. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes. 5. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services. 6. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure. 7. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities. 8. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems. 9. Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective. 10. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry.Preferred Qualifications:
