Job Description

Requirements of the Sr. Dynamics 365
Techno-Functional Analyst Required:
10+ years of experience in Information Technology, functional analysis or related work 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement) Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration Services Expertise in API development, middleware integration, and data migration tools (SSIS, Kingsway Soft and similar) Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM integration and business process automation Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills SQL, PowerBI, and data analysis skills are a plus

Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (FI and/or SCM)
Microsoft Certified:
Power Platform Functional Consultant Azure Fundamentals Certification Experience with SQL Server and BI tools. Six Sigma, Transactional Lean or similar certification preferred Copilot experience within the Microsoft landscape Responsibilities of the Sr. Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst The specific duties of the Sr. Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst include but are not limited to: Provide Dynamics 365 administration expertise in a Cloud Hosted environment Provide guidance on solution design and best practices with expertise driving continuous improvement in at least one of the following business processes: Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, Accounting to Reporting Responsible for optimization, customization, and configuration of Dynamics 365 System Expert with integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems including
CRM, MES
(Tulip) leveraging APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools Day to day support of the environment, including defining scope, tracking progress, escalating when needed, and communicating status and resolution to stakeholders Conduct training for employees on Dynamics 365 best practices as needed Solid knowledge of ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) and their role in extending Dynamics 365 capabilities LCS and/or Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) experience owning and leading activities such as maintaining user licensing, environment updates, scheduling and applying deployable packages, environment monitoring Coordinates activities between IT, hardware systems, data services, hosting vendor and user community Acts as liaison between vendors, and internal or external organizations to ensure timely transition of fix and maintenance activities Ensure adherence to requirements within a Life Sciences environment Maintain compliance with
FDA 21 CFR
Part 11 regulations for electronic records and signatures. Ensure continuity and efficiency by troubleshooting errors, evaluating data, and helping to maintain data integrity, including testing, and analyzing data anomalies Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget Ensure system scalability, security, and adherence to best practices for enterprise architecture
