ERP Consultant

Description Key Responsibilities + Lead or support ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across business functions + Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations + Configure ERP modules to align with business processes and best practices + Provide functional and/or technical expertise across ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, or Projects + Support data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) + Design and execute ERP process improvements and optimization initiatives + Train end users, create documentation, and provide post‑go‑live support + Collaborate with developers, architects, and third‑party vendors on integrations and customizations + Troubleshoot system issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution + Support ERP reporting, dashboards, and analytics requirements Requirements Required Qualifications + 4+ years of experience working with enterprise ERP systems + Experience as an ERP Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Implementation Specialist + Hands‑on experience with one or more ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Workday, Infor, Acumatica, etc.) + Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or HR) + Experience with ERP configuration, testing, and go‑live support + Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into solutions + Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills + Excellent communication and client‑facing skills Preferred Qualifications + Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, ETL, or middleware tools + Knowledge of ERP data structures, reporting, and BI tools + Experience supporting multi‑entity or multi‑currency environments + ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.) + Experience with cloud‑based ERP deployments Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
