Job Description

Join a well-established industrial equipment and services organization undergoing a significant Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation. This role offers the opportunity to partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Procurement, and IT teams to improve business processes, drive ERP adoption, and deliver meaningful technology solutions. You'll play a key role in bridging business requirements and system capabilities while supporting enterprise-wide modernization initiatives. The environment combines the stability of a long-standing organization with the challenge and impact of large-scale digital transformation efforts. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Smyrna, GA. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst supporting ERP initiatives, with a strong understanding of finance processes and business operations. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. Experience supporting system implementations, testing, stakeholder engagement, and business process improvement initiatives. Desired Skills & Experience Experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, Customer Insights, or related modules. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure-related technologies. Experience participating in full-cycle ERP implementations, including data migration, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live support.
