Work You'll Do + Support SAP implementation and transformation efforts, including hands-on participation in

SAP S/4HANA

programs and ECC-to-S/4 modernization initiatives. + Configure SAP functionality to enable business process requirements and support fit-to-standard adoption where appropriate. + Partner with business and technical teams to document requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and key decisions across the implementation lifecycle. + Prepare for and support process design workshops, helping guide stakeholders toward standardized processes and SAP leading practices. + Collaborate with integration and data teams on interface design considerations, conversion dependencies, and data migration planning for complex ERP programs. + Develop, maintain, and/or govern core implementation deliverables such as solution design documents, configuration rationale, test scripts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness materials, and status updates. + Support integrated testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to validate end-to-end functional requirements. + Contribute to cutover planning, deployment support, and stabilization activities to help drive smooth implementation outcomes. + Operate effectively in regulated environments by incorporating controls, audit readiness, compliance, and documentation expectations into functional design and delivery activities.
