Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) consulting group. Duties Lead end-to-end project management for ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations across diverse client organizations. Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing project management software to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software developers, IT infrastructure specialists, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality to meet client expectations Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, create detailed test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee the development of test-driven development processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to report on project status, escalate issues promptly, and negotiate solutions that balance technical feasibility with business needs. Requirements Proven experience in technical project management within enterprise software environments; supervisory experience in managing technical project teams is essential. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies i Extensive hands-on experience with project management tools Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, analysis skills, risk management, time management, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with enterprise software systems integration involving IT governance standards and enterprise solution deployment best practices.
