Position Summary We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to serve as the primary business-facing representative of our data team. This role is focused on enabling end users through high-quality reporting, self-service analytics, training, and responsive support. You will be deeply embedded with stakeholders, helping them understand, trust, and act on data. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting and data-related questions Run trainings, office hours, and enablement sessions to drive self-service adoption Respond to and prioritize support tickets and reporting issues Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable analytics solutions Write optimized SQL and DAX to support reporting and ad-hoc analysis Partner with Data Engineering on data models, ETL improvements, and performance tuning Monitor and maintain report accuracy, reliability, and availability Enforce data governance and documentation best practices Mentor team members and contribute to analytics standards and processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Senior-level experience in business intelligence or analytics Expert-level Power BI experience Strong SQL and DAX skills, Python or R a plus Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfort operating in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment Why Join High-visibility role with real ownership and influence Strong emphasis on culture, values, and long-term stability Opportunity to shape how data is used across a global organization Work with engaged business partners who value analytics Competitive salary and hybrid flexibility Ready to Apply If you're a BI professional who enjoys working directly with the business, enabling others through data, and being trusted as a true partner, this role was built for you.
