What You Will Do:
- + Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and team members to solve business problems through data analysis and visualizations + Develop, test, and deliver dashboards and visualizations that provide meaningful business insights + Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and communicate findings through clear and compelling data storytelling + Support the collection, documentation, and analysis of business and technical requirements.

Strong understanding of the importance of data quality and accuracy. Ability to perform analytical tasks with precision and attention to detail. +Effective Communication:
Ability to clearly communicate technical and business concepts to a variety of audiences. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret and convey information effectively. +Business Data Analysis:
Foundational knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologies. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making. +Business Assessment:
Understanding of how to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and potential outcomes. Ability to support analysis that drives business improvements and strategic recommendations. +Requirements Analysis:
Knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation techniques. Ability to help define business needs and translate them into analytical and reporting solutions. +Technical Writing and Documentation:
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, reports, standards, and process materials. +Research and Problem Solving:
Ability to research, evaluate, and apply information from multiple sources. Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytical approaches.- Consideration for top candidates:
- + A bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

Summary Pay Range:
- $89,210.00 - $133,810.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
