Job Description

Let Vaco advocate for you! We are currently seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to support a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration, performance, and support of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and manufacturing teams to improve processes and system utilization.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and other Epicor-related solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across inventory, BOMs, costing, and production-related functions.
  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Epicor and other business applications.
  • Administer user security, permissions, and system access.
  • Investigate and resolve system issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide end-user support and training to drive adoption and maximize system effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of ERP experience, preferably with Epicor Kinetic.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing environments, including MRP, inventory, production, and costing processes.
  • Strong SQL Server and reporting experience.
  • Experience with C# and .NET development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
