Job Description
Let Vaco advocate for you! We are currently seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to support a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration, performance, and support of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and manufacturing teams to improve processes and system utilization.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and other Epicor-related solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy across inventory, BOMs, costing, and production-related functions.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between Epicor and other business applications.
- Administer user security, permissions, and system access.
- Investigate and resolve system issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide end-user support and training to drive adoption and maximize system effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of ERP experience, preferably with Epicor Kinetic.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments, including MRP, inventory, production, and costing processes.
- Strong SQL Server and reporting experience.
- Experience with C# and .NET development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
