Job Description

Louisville City FC & Racing Louisville FC are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to help drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will transform data into actionable insights by developing reports, dashboards, forecasting models, and performance analyses that support leaders across ticketing, marketing, finance, operations, and executive leadership. If you're passionate about using data to solve business challenges and influence organizational strategy, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for organizational leadership. Analyze ticket sales, attendance, fan behavior, stadium operations, and revenue trends to identify business opportunities. Build forecasting models and support budgeting, revenue planning, and strategic initiatives. Present complex data through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations. Maintain data integrity across business systems, CRM, ticketing, and reporting platforms. Improve reporting processes through automation and system enhancements. Partner with departments across the organization to answer business questions and support data-driven decision-making. Provide analytical support for executive leadership and organizational priorities. Assist with ticket operations and game-day support as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, business analytics, financial analysis, or reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and financial modeling. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Preferred Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization tools. Experience developing dashboards and forecasting models. Experience with CRM or ticketing platforms such as SeatGeek, HubSpot, Purveyor, or similar systems. Experience in professional sports, entertainment, or live events. Schedule This is a full-time, exempt position based in Louisville, Kentucky. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required during home matches and special events. Why Join Us?
