We're looking for an analytically sharp, Power BI-savvy Oracle PBI/Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in our enterprise ERP transformation. If you love turning complex data into clear, actionable insights—and want to influence how Supply Chain & Operations make decisions—this role puts you at the center of it all. Why This Role Matters You'll be the engine behind data accuracy, visibility, and interpretation across the ERP program. From data cleansing to defect triage to KPI insight, your work ensures the organization moves forward with confidence, clarity, and speed. What You'll Do Drive defect triage by quantifying business impact and helping teams prioritize issues based on measurable operational effects. Pull, validate, and synthesize data from multiple systems to support data cleansing and project readiness. Document data definitions, sources, and transformation logic to ensure clarity, transparency, and repeatability. Support ad-hoc analysis tied to project milestones, test cycles, and readiness assessments. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards & visualizations that guide design decisions, testing outcomes, and operational performance. Analyze data to surface trends, gaps, and insights tied to Supply Chain & Operations KPIs. Deliver crisp, actionable insights to project teams, functional leads, and business stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment and data integrity across systems and processes. Qualifications/Requirements What You Bring Must-Haves Bachelor's degree 3+ years of relevant analytics experience Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and modern data visualization best practices Exceptional data storytelling and communication skills Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes Strength in juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Confident presenter who can translate complex data for non-technical audiences Experience working in cross-functional project teams Preferred Understanding of Supply Chain & Operations processes and KPIs Experience supporting data aspects of large programs or ERP transformations #LI-MD1
