13134 Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality & Planning Consultant Our client in Acton, Massachusettes is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, and Planning Consultant to support and enhance enterprise-wide Oracle E-Business Suite operations. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT leadership to optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes while driving system improvements, implementations, integrations, and ongoing support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules with the ability to analyze business requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and lead process improvement efforts inplex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Provide functional expertise and support for Oracle EBS modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, Quality, and Planning. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. Configure and maintain Oracle EBS applications to support business processes and operational objectives. Lead implementation projects, enhancements, upgrades, and system optimization initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, logistics, finance, and IT. Support manufacturing workflows including work orders, BOMs, routings, WIP, MRP, and inventory transactions. Troubleshoot production support issues and provide timely resolution for system defects and process gaps. Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting solutions. Support data migration, testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system validation efforts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, data accuracy, and process standardization. Create user documentation, training materials, and provide end-user training when necessary. Ensurepliance with quality standards, operational procedures, andpany policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules. Strong functional knowledge of: Oracle EBS Manufacturing Oracle Inventory Oracle Quality Oracle Planning / MRP Bills of Material (BOM) Work in Process (WIP) Experience with full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or support projects. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and supply chain business processes. Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions. Experience creating functional design documentation and test scripts. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, andmunication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle ASCP, MSCA, or additional Oracle SCM modules. Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems or ERP platforms. Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools. Experience working within regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments. Oracle certifications are a plus. Additional Information Strongmunication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with enterprise-level manufacturinganizations preferred.
