Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with procurement teams, leveraging data-driven solutions to enhance operational excellence. Responsibilities Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key procurement metrics. Develop and manage ETL pipelines and data models for reliable data consolidation. Automate reporting processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts. Conduct in-depth analyses to support procurement decision-making and improve performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate procurement datasets. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement operations. Create self-service tools that empower team members to access and interpret data independently. Skills 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python preferred). Experience in building dashboards and visualizations using BI tools like QuickSight or Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Preferred Skills Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations environments. Knowledge of procurement metrics and vendor performance tracking. Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
