Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop and support reporting solutions that help plant teams make informed operational decisions. This opportunity offers the chance to build dashboards, improve data accuracy, and streamline reporting processes across multiple data sources.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for leadership and operational teams. Build and manage datasets from multiple data sources, including multiple ERP systems, to support reporting and data-driven initiatives. Collaborate with plant management and department leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver automated reporting solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency while documenting reporting processes, data definitions, and dashboard functionality.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience with Power BI development and administration. Minimum 1 year of experience building data models, datasets, and automated reports. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and DAX. Proficiency working with SQL databases and writing queries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
