Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to manage and optimize the Viewpoint Spectrum system. This person will serve as the go-to technical expert, supporting day-to-day operations, system configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvements across Finance, HR, and Operations. The role will also support integrations, reporting, and user training. Key Responsibilities of the

Administer and support the Viewpoint Spectrum ERP system Manage user setup, permissions, and troubleshooting Partner with internal teams to improve processes and system functionality Oversee system updates, integrations, and reporting tools (Power BI, Crystal Reports) Develop training materials and support user adoption Document processes and provide system insights Required Qualifications of the

ERP Administrator:

Strong, hands-on experience with Viewpoint Spectrum ERP administration experience within construction or contracting environments Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Crystal Reports Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work cross-functionally
