Job Description
The Industry Planning & Market Intelligence Analyst is responsible for delivering strategic insights, industry forecasts, competitive intelligence, and executive-level reporting that support North America business planning and decision-making. This role serves as a key partner to Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Product Planning, and Brand organizations by transforming complex industry, sales, inventory, and market datasets into actionable business intelligence.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical capabilities, advanced data visualization skills, and the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear recommendations for senior leadership. This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets and modern reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop and maintain North America industry forecasts, volume projections, and market-share outlooksMonitor competitor sales performance, inventory levels, days supply, market share, and segment performanceCreate automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting processesEnsure reporting accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple data sourcesExtract, manipulate, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple internal and external systemsDevelop scalable processes to improve data quality, forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business insight generationPerform advanced statistical, trend, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-makingSupport month-end, quarter-end, and annual reporting activities

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in business analytics, industry planning, forecasting, market intelligence, sales planning, or related analytical rolesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, complex formulas, data modeling, and automation techniquesDemonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sourcesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to present analytical findings to executive audiencesPreferred Qualifications:
