SUMMARY:
The Lead ERP Business Analyst is responsible for functional and technical leadership, prioritizes support activities, mentors team members, and coordinates ERP projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day technical and functional direction to ERP team members, assist with prioritization of support requests and projects, and serve as an escalation point for complex ERP issues Train users on application (EPICOR CMS) functionality Support for multiple locations (in a 24-hour manufacturing environment) Respond to Level 2 ERP/application support tickets Able to navigate IBM i / IBM Power Systems environment Knowledge and experience in Automotive EDI Support user system access Develop and maintain application documentation
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent ERP/manufacturing experience considered Experience working with an IBM i / IBM Power Systems (administration, training, user support) Experience with
EPICOR CMS
application support and development EDI experience in a manufacturing release environment (i.e., customer releases, forecasts, ship schedules, ASNs, invoicing, and troubleshooting EDI transactions, as applicable) Partnering with Materials, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service, Engineering, and other business functions to understand requirements, improve ERP processes, and implement system solutions. Experience implementing ERP modules, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, or business-process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Working knowledge of application support, development tools and methodologies. Strong technical IT skills Manufacturing ERP systems experience Technical experience in system analysis, design, building, testing and implementation preferred.

Pay:
Up to $125,000.00 per year
