This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring ERP solutions support operational excellence, process efficiency, data integrity, and organizational growth. The consultant works closely with manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, production planning, procurement, quality, and finance teams to deliver ERP enhancements, system implementations, upgrades, training, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation & Optimization Lead and support SyteLine/Infor CSI implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Analyze current business processes and recommend ERP-based solutions. Configure ERP modules to meet operational requirements. Develop and execute implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment activities. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process automation and system optimization. Business Process Analysis Gather and document business requirements from operational stakeholders. Map current and future-state business processes. Translate business needs into functional ERP specifications. Recommend best practices aligned with manufacturing industry standards. Operations & Manufacturing Support Support core manufacturing functions including: Production Planning Scheduling Inventory Management Procurement Supply Chain Management Shop Floor Control Quality Management Warehouse Operations Troubleshoot operational system issues and coordinate resolutions. Project Management Participate in ERP implementation and continuous improvement projects. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Reporting & Data Management Create and maintain ERP reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across operational modules. Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts. Assist with business intelligence and reporting initiatives. User Training & Support Develop user documentation, procedures, and training materials. Conduct end-user training sessions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ERP users. Promote ERP adoption and process standardization. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Management Information Systems Engineering Related field Experience 3-7+ years of ERP consulting, business analysis, or ERP administration experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience with SyteLine / Infor CSI. Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments. Proven experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of SyteLine/Infor CSI modules. Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
Experience with:
MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Inventory Management Production Scheduling Purchasing BOMs and Routings Quality Processes SQL query and reporting experience preferred. Familiarity with ERP integrations and data migration activities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multi-site manufacturing operations. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
APICS/ASCM
certifications preferred. Experience with ERP reporting tools and analytics platforms. Exposure to cloud ERP environments. Project management experience or certification (PMP preferred).
