The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives. Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams. Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT. Perform impact analysis and identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met. Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
