Our client, a leader in enterprise transformation within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, is seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join their team. As a SAP Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Solutions Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

$60-$70/hr What's the Job? Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to facilitate successful SAP and enterprise application initiatives. Elicit, document, analyze, and validate business and system requirements to ensure solutions meet operational and regulatory needs. Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and validation to guarantee quality and functionality of
SAP S/4HANA
upgrades and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop process documentation, training materials, and support data governance initiatives. Support deployment, change management, and post-implementation stabilization activities to ensure seamless adoption and performance. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, especially SAP ECC and/or
SAP S/4HANA
environments. Strong knowledge of SAP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality Management. Experience with requirements management, testing, validation, and compliance standards such as SOX, CSV, and GxP. Proficiency with test management tools like Jira, SAP ALM, or SAP Tricentis, and excellent stakeholder communication skills. What's in it for me?
