Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented ERP Analyst specializing in Syteline (now known as Infor CloudSuite Industrial) to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and other core functions. Your expertise will drive system integration, ensure data integrity, and support scalable solutions that empower our organization to operate efficiently and adapt to evolving business needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, leveraging a broad spectrum of IT skills to deliver impactful solutions. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations within Syteline. Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using APIs, RESTful services, and ETL processes to connect Syteline with other enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and various databases. Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues related to system performance, data discrepancies, or integration failures. Implement best practices for system design, security, and hardening in accordance with IT infrastructure standards including cloud security protocols on AWS or Azure. Manage system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies. Develop documentation for system architecture, workflows, and configuration changes; provide training and support for end-users. Monitor system health through vulnerability assessments and threat intelligence insights; implement vulnerability management strategies to ensure robust information security. Skills Extensive knowledge of ERP systems with a focus on Syteline/Infor CloudSuite Industrial architecture and configuration. Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and microservices design principles. Proficiency in database management systems including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL databases; experience with T-SQL or PL/SQL scripting is essential. Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes for data migration and integration tasks. Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, VMware/ESXi virtualization platforms, Kubernetes orchestration, and system hardening techniques. Knowledge of programming languages including Python, C#, JavaScript, Shell scripting (Bash), Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks for automation and customization purposes. Experience working within Agile environments utilizing DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Git for version control. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deploying scalable solutions; knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker is a plus. Ability to perform system design tasks involving APIs (RESTful API), web services (SOAP), XML/JSON data formats; familiarity with React Express or similar frameworks is advantageous. Strong grasp of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, load balancing techniques and network security measures such as GPOs (Group Policy Objects) and firewall configurations. Proven skills in systems engineering including operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/ESXi), system administration tasks like WDS (Windows Deployment Services), DHCP management, GPO setup and troubleshooting network issues. $84,527.57 - $115,000.00 per year
