qualifications:

15+ years of hands-on functional experience in

SAP HCM US

Payroll and Time Management. 15+ years of functional configuration and support experience across SuccessFactors modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, OM/PA). Active professional certifications in SAP S4 HR and SAP SuccessFactors. Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate degree. Ability to work 100% on-site at the client office in Omaha, NE (5 days per week).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record in enterprise AMS environments with strict SLA targets. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with deep client-facing experience.
