This is a unique opportunity to build and enhance operational analytics, reporting and performance insights that directly influence customer experience, service quality and business outcomes. As a strategic partner to operational leadership, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, identify performance drivers and develop reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. If you enjoy creating dashboards from scratch, uncovering root causes and telling compelling stories with data, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, performance drivers and opportunities to improve service, efficiency and customer experience. Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations that support operational and strategic decision making. Build and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI and other reporting tools. Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to communicate insights, measure results and support continuous improvement initiatives. What Success Looks Like Build impactful reporting and dashboards that improve organizational visibility. Deliver actionable insights that influence operational strategy. Identify opportunities that improve efficiency and customer experience. Become a trusted advisor to leadership through strong analytics and communication skills. Help establish a more proactive, data-driven approach to performance management. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4-7 years of experience in data analysis, performance analytics, business intelligence or operational reporting. Experience analyzing operational performance metrics and translating data into business recommendations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting. Experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or similar tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently. Preferred Experience supporting customer service, contact center, insurance, financial services or other service-oriented operations. SQL or data querying experience. Experience integrating data from multiple business systems. Professional certifications in business intelligence or analytics platforms.
