$105-$110/Hr. Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. This is not a support or order-taking role. We are looking for a seasoned leader who can engage directly with business stakeholders, quickly build trust, translate complex and ambiguous challenges into practical Oracle solutions, and confidently drive decisions. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Manufacturing implementations. This individual is equally comfortable leading executive-level design discussions and performing hands-on configuration and validation. They proactively identify risks, issues, and gaps--always paired with actionable solutions--and effectively hold vendors and offshore teams accountable without requiring constant oversight. This role will serve as a key IT partner supporting core supply chain and manufacturing functions, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to establish IT as a strategic enabler. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Engagement Lead complex business discussions, including design sessions, solution workshops, and executive reviews, with minimal oversight Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations; serve as a trusted IT partner Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable Oracle Fusion solution designs Drive decision-making by presenting recommendations, facilitating alignment, and maintaining momentum Proactively identify risks, issues, and gaps, along with mitigation strategies Represent IT in cross-functional forums, steering committees, and executive-level discussions Oracle Fusion SCM & Manufacturing Delivery Lead full lifecycle implementations (AS-IS ? TO-BE ? configuration ? testing ? training ? go-live) Serve as Functional Lead across SCM and Manufacturing modules, ensuring end-to-end solution integrity Facilitate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and design validation sessions Conduct gap analysis and guide solution design decisions with a focus on scalability and practicality Oversee data conversion strategy and execution Lead QA and UAT cycles, including test strategy, execution, and defect resolution Develop and deliver targeted end-user training to support adoption Required Qualifications Experience 15+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM & Manufacturing Proven experience as a Functional Lead on full lifecycle implementations (not just support/enhancement roles) Demonstrated ability to lead business discussions independently and drive outcomes Experience managing vendor and offshore teams in enterprise IT or consulting environments Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and translate unclear requirements into structured solutions Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries strongly preferred Core Oracle Fusion Modules (Must-Have) Inventory Management (multi-org, lot/serial, MSCA) Manufacturing / Work in Process (Work Definition, Work Execution, Discrete Manufacturing) Product Information Management (PIM), including Item Master and BOM Cost Accounting & Receipt Accounting (Subledger Accounting) Order Management (Order-to-Cash) Supply Chain Financial Orchestration Quality Management (Manufacturing & Receiving) Core Business Processes (Must-Have) Order to Cash Discrete Manufacturing / Build to Stock Inventory Management & Supply Planning BOM / Work Definition / Master Data Subledger Accounting (Cost & Receipt Accounting) End-to-end SDLC and change control Leadership & Communication Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to clearly document solutions, produce executive summaries, and deliver presentations Proven ability to identify risks early and present solutions Strong relationship-building skills in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Additional Oracle Modules Procurement (standard and self-service) Payables & Supplier Master Additional Business Processes Procure to Pay Configure to Order Quote to Order Technical Skills PL/SQL Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) / APEX File-Based Data Import (FBDI)
