Job description: Responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) integrated withSAP PP-PI
(Process Industries) and QM (Quality Management) in a GMP environment.Key responsibilities:
Configure and support inbound/outbound deliveries, goods receipt, putaway, picking, replenishment, handling unit (HU) management, physical inventory, and warehouse-to-production material movements. Support EWM-PP process order staging, production material requests, component consumption, backflushing where applicable, and finished/intermediate product goods receipt. Support EWM-QM integration to manage quality inspection stock, quarantine and blocked materials, inspection processes, usage decisions, and quality-based stock movements. Ensure batch management, shelf-life monitoring, expiry control, stock segregation, and end-to-end material traceability. Prepare functional specifications and test scripts; execute unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing; troubleshoot production issues and support deployments. Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Supply Chain, IT, MES, and eLIMS teams to ensure reliable material flow and compliant manufacturing operations.Years of Experience:
