SUMMARY:
The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role serves as a trusted analytical partner to Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership by developing business intelligence solutions, executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and advanced analytics that improve financial and operational performance. While supporting enterprise-wide business intelligence initiatives, this position maintains a strong emphasis on e-commerce and commercial analytics, including customer behavior, digital commerce performance, product portfolio analysis, marketing effectiveness, and sales performance. The role is expected to proactively identify business opportunities, improve reporting automation, and leverage advanced analytics and AI technologies to enhance decision-making throughout the organization.
Salary Range:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Business Intelligence Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reporting solutions for Executive Leadership and business stakeholders. Develop scalable Business Intelligence solutions utilizing Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Excel, and other reporting platforms. Establish standardized KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across functional areas. Partner with IT to improve data quality, governance, reporting architecture, automation, and self-service analytics capabilities. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate governance across enterprise reporting environments. Commercial & Revenue Analytics Analyze sales performance across products, brands, customers, channels, and geographic markets to identify revenue and margin opportunities. Analyze customer purchasing behavior, product affinity, acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and channel performance. Evaluate promotional effectiveness, pricing changes, and marketing campaign performance. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce to identify growth opportunities and improve commercial and website performance. Develop customer segmentation and analytical models that improve targeting and personalization. Product & Catalog Analytics Analyze product and catalog performance and provide data-driven recommendations to Product Management. Identify underperforming SKUs and opportunities for product rationalization or optimization. Identify new product opportunities based on customer demand, purchasing behavior, and industry trends. Advanced Analytics Develop predictive models supporting sales forecasting, demand planning, customer behavior, and pricing optimization. Perform statistical and sensitivity analyses to identify trends, evaluate scenarios, and support strategic decision-making. Operational Analytics Develop dashboards and reporting for Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Distribution. Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, labor productivity, inventory, fulfillment, and other operational KPIs. Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights that support operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Business Partnering Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Technology to support data-driven decision-making. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and serve as a trusted advisor on business performance and analytics. Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Innovation Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve reporting automation, forecasting, pricing, customer insights, and decision-making. Evaluate emerging AI and analytics technologies that enhance Business Intelligence capabilities and analytical productivity. Promote responsible use of AI through appropriate data governance, validation, and data integrity practices.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Commercial Analytics, FP&A, Revenue Analytics, or a related analytical role. Experience analyzing large, complex datasets to identify insights that support revenue growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making. Experience with financial modeling, statistical and predictive analytics, pricing analysis, customer analytics, trend analysis, and profitability analysis. Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business performance reporting. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance. Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Experience in eCommerce, retail, printing, manufacturing, distribution, or other high-volume B2B/B2C environments preferred. Experience working with dynamic pricing and rapidly changing product catalogs preferred. MBA or related master's degree preferred.
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence/reporting tools. Strong SQL skills with experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and large transactional datasets. Experience with ERP/CRM systems and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or Amazon Redshift. Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple analytical initiatives and competing priorities. Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and challenge assumptions through data. Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve analysis, reporting, productivity, and business decision-making. Experience with pricing software, competitive intelligence tools, Alteryx, or Google Analytics is a plus. 4OVER
