SAP Supply Chain Planning Consultant

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skill Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Planning Consultant with strong expertise in planning processes and integration with external planning platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP planning solutions (APO/IBP/S4 Planning) and proven capability in integrating with third-party planning systems such as OMP, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms in complex supply chain environments. Key Responsibilities Planning Process Ownership Lead end-to-end supply chain planning processes including:

Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, MRP, and DRP Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimized planning solutions Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned to business objectives Solution Design & Configuration Configure and enhance SAP planning solutions (SAP

APO, IBP, S/4

Planning) to support business needs Design planning models including master data (materials, BOMs, routing, resources) and planning parameters Support development, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment of planning solutions Integration with External Planning Systems Design and manage integrations between SAP and external planning tools (OMP, Blue Yonder, APO, IBP, etc.) Ensure seamless data exchange for: Forecast data, supply plans, and inventory projections Master data synchronization and planning outputs Validate message flows, interface stability, and exception handling across systems Support integration troubleshooting and performance optimization Production Support & Continuous Improvement Provide functional support for planning applications and resolve complex issues Analyze planning KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory performance, and recommend improvements Support planning system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives Required Skills Strong experience in SAP Planning modules: o SAP APO (DP, SNP, PP/DS) / SAP

IBP / S/4HANA

Planning Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes: o Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning Hands-on expertise in integrating SAP with external planning systems (OMP, Blue Yonder, etc.) Experience with master data design and planning models Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ex posure to KPIs and planning metrics Nice to Have Experience in large-scale planning transformations or system migrations Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based planning platforms Experience working in global, multi-system landscapes Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Roles & Responsibilities Ability to listen, understand, and facilitate process improvements. Must have a focus on customer satisfaction. Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision. Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.
