Job Description

Position:

Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Location:

New York, NY Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, and Benefits. Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and End User Training sessions. Manage data migration activities using HDL/PBL. Lead solution workshops and provide Oracle HCM best-practice recommendations. Develop and support integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, SOAP/REST Web Services, OIC, and HDL. Collaborate with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

8+ years of Oracle HCM Techno-Functional experience. Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR Payroll Talent Management Learning Compensation Absence Management Benefits Experience with: Redwood UI VBCS Data Masking HCM Data Loader (HDL) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) BI Publisher HCM Extracts
