Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Concur Team Support Analyst for a top entertainment industry client. This individual will serve as the primary support resource for a large global SAP Concur environment, acting as the first point of contact for travel and expense related issues while partnering closely with business users, leadership teams, and technical resources. This is not a traditional help desk role. The ideal candidate will have a consultative, business-focused approach, enjoy working directly with stakeholders, and take ownership of issues from start to finish. The position offers exposure to a global enterprise environment, opportunities to interact with users ranging from administrative staff to executives, and the ability to play a critical role in improving the overall employee support experience. • Strong customer-facing support experience
• Experience working with ERP systems and integrated platforms (SAP, Concur, Amex, UKG, etc.)
• 2+ years of Jira experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience documenting and tracking tickets/cases
• Experience managing support requests and troubleshooting workflows Ability to lead meetings, status calls, and issue resolution discussions
• SAP Concur experience
• Business Analyst mindset and experience gathering requirements
• Experience training end users
• Supporting large global organizations
• Spanish language skills (large LATAM user base)
• Exposure to finance/travel & expense environments
• Experience onboarding new business units or affiliates SQL experience
