Role Descriptions:
Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits. Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training. Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance. Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery. Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
Essential Skills:
8+years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits. Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking. Good information and sound knowledge in
Oracle HCM and Agentic AI Essential Skills:
Good information and sound knowledge in Oracle HCM and Agentic AI.
Desirable Skills:
Technical Support:
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.
Collaboration:
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
