Overview The Zenith Competitive Intelligence team delivers advertising intelligence that translates into actionable insights and marketplace advantage for our clients. Our work informs strategy, planning, and business decision-making by contextualizing competitive dynamics, media investment trends, and messaging strategies. As a Senior Analyst, you will own end-to-end Competitive Intelligence workstreams, transforming complex data into clear, business-focused insights.

The Senior Analyst is an accountable owner of assigned Competitive Intelligence workstreams, operating with a high degree of independence. This role is responsible for managing work from intake through delivery, including intake communication, insight development, QA, and stakeholder communication/engagement. Senior analysts are expected to think critically about data, proactively identify patterns, risks, and opportunities, and ensure outputs are not only accurate but clearly tied to the business. Responsibilities Ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive work forward Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to move from data to insight to implication Clear communicator who can translate complex data into concise, stakeholder-ready narratives Highly detail-oriented with strong standards for accuracy and quality Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Curious, proactive, and motivated to improve outputs and processes continuously Own recurring reporting and ad hoc Competitive Intelligence analyses from intake through final delivery Analyze competitive data to identify trends, investment shifts, and messaging strategies Translate findings into clear insights, business implications, and strategic recommendations Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables (data, storytelling, and formatting) Present Competitive Intelligence in internal and client-facing forums on a recurring (e.g. weekly) basis, clearly articulating key trends, shifts, and competitive activity, with a focus on surfacing timely, decision-relevant intelligence Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities with recommended next steps Manage timelines and communicate status, dependencies, and risks proactively Partner cross-functionally to align outputs with broader business priorities and stakeholder needs Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in media strategy, media analytics, competitive intelligence, or related field Experience owning reporting or analysis end-to-end Strong proficiency in Excel, including data manipulation, QA validation, pivot tables, and managing large data sets Exposure to Power Queries or working with large datasets Ability to connect data findings to business context and implications Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams Experience presenting preferred Familiar with Competitive Intelligence data (ex: Mensio, Media Monitors, or Nielsen) What success looks like: Deliverables are accurate, clear, and consistently business-focused Insights go beyond reporting to explain drivers and implications Workstreams progress with minimal oversight Risks, gaps, and caveats are surfaced proactively Stakeholders trust the Senior Analyst to own and drive work forward independently Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. USD $88,540.00 - USD $141,687.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
