Retail for sales audit and inventory updates. Supported outbound interfaces from CAR to downstream applications. Coordinated with POS vendors for transaction mapping and data transformation requirements. Performed end to end testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities. Analyzed transaction failures and resolved interface issues. Strong experience in SAP IS-Retail processes, Master data, including pricing, Tax, and store operations. Integrate with FI, creating automatic postings to GL, cost, and AP accounts Prepared functional design documents, configuration documents, and process flow diagrams. Roles & Responsibilities Production support and minor enhancements Engage in gap analysis and requirements workshops for new projects Work with offshore (India-based) team to co-ordinate timely and quality delivery and front-end customers.
