As a consultant, you will be responsible for the support of clients in the following ways: Schedule and conduct effective meetings with key decision makers and project groups. Prepare project deliverables based on the project scope. Present project deliverables to project team. Comprehend and document understanding of traditional, standard business processes and be able to document business processes. Understand the customers'/prospects' current business processes and the solutions they currently use. Build ongoing relationships with key decision makers to expand future opportunities within their organization. Conduct formal and informal training sessions. Manage projects to be sure staying within scope and on plan. Assist with internal improvement projects. Maintain professional and technical skills. Staff training and mentoring.
