Description Analyze, design, implement, and support SAP solutions that enhance our operational processes, driving efficiency and accuracy throughout our organization. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including warehouse operations, logistics, production, continuous improvement, and IT, to gather and understand business requirements related to key operational departments. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within the warehouse and logistics domain, utilizing SAP capabilities and best practices. Work with external vendors to design and configure SAP solutions, particularly in Warehouse Management (WM) and Materials Management (MM), to streamline processes, improve inventory accuracy, and enhance overall logistics efficiency. Perform testing, and documentation to support process improvements and business requirements. Assist and management of troubleshooting and resolution of SAP-related issues in a timely manner, providing end-user support and training as needed. Collaborate with external SAP consultants and vendors when necessary, ensuring seamless integration and performance of SAP modules. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP technologies related to warehouse and logistics management, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our operations. Participate in the development of training materials and provide training sessions to end-users to ensure proper system utilization and understanding.
