Description Responsible for supporting SAP Basis administration activities to ensure stable system operations and availability across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and related platforms. Assists with routine Basis tasks including system monitoring, transport management, user and client administration, and applying kernel, support package, and SAP Note updates. Supports system upgrades, refreshes, and landscape changes following established procedures to minimize risk and downtime. Helps monitor system performance, identify common issues, and implement standard corrective actions. Assists with backup, recovery, and basic high availability processes. Supports SAP environments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid landscapes, including connectivity and integration support. Assists with SAP security activities such as role support, access reviews, and audit evidence collection. Works with application, infrastructure, and security teams to resolve operational issues. Maintains technical documentation and operating procedures. May provide extended support hours or travel to client or project locations, including unanticipated sites within the United States, as required.
May require providing services at unanticipated locations to various clients across the United States for short term and long-term durations. There is no international travel and travel frequency is unanticipated. Pursuant to the nature of the business, employee shall work for clients at unanticipated locations across the nation. These assignments can be short term (less than a year) and long term (more than a year). Therefore, they may also require to relocate on a needed basis.
