Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or systems implementation.
Strong conceptual understanding of procurement operations
Proficiency with PowerBI, including building, testing, and modifying dashboard reports.
Experience working with Databricks and SQL, specifically writing basic queries and managing table schemas.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query) with a proven ability to structure, clean, and analyze massive datasets.
Excellent communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex data structures into clean business documentation.
Understanding of modern AI capabilities and productivity tools, including prompt engineering (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot, Gemini) to optimize analytical workflows, automate routine documentation, and drive efficiency.
