Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Coordinator. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain searches and reports in the ERP environment Work with ERP-Consultant to design, develop, and maintain ERP customizations Work with users and stakeholders to support operations. Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for performance, security, and maintainability. Develop and support integrations between ERP and upstream/downstream systems Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues Contribute to solution architecture discussions Support ERP roadmap initiatives and rollouts, including new modules and enhancements Document efforts and support procedures to ensure long-term sustainability Work to support releases, upgrades, and environment management Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and simplify customizations over time Stay current with ERP platform updates and emerging best practices Other duties as assigned Education/Experience Relevant degree and/or equivalent experience Experience working in an ERP environment Working Knowledge Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products Ability to deliver technical demonstrations Preferred/Desired Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary Good written and verbal communication skills Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving skills Golden Technologies, a family-owned and operated company, is the world's leading manufacturer of luxurious power lift recliners, power wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
