This is a 100% remote position. Candidates will be working on EST hours. Business Systems Analyst (ERP / Financial Systems) Must Haves Senior-level BSA with Oracle R12 (or SAP) ERP experience Strong understanding of

PTP / OTC

+ accounting fundamentals (debits/credits) Basic SQL for data extraction and analysis Experience working directly with engineers and business stakeholders Ability to produce highly detailed, structured requirements Self-sufficient - able to operate with minimal direction in ambiguous environments Nice to Have Exposure to Agile PPM, OBIEE, SharePoint tools Role Overview Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support ERP and financial system initiatives. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with engineering and business teams to drive requirements, support integrations, and improve core financial processes. Key Responsibilities Gather and document detailed functional requirements and process flows Partner with engineering teams (Oracle/Java) to deliver solutions Translate business needs into clear technical requirements Support ERP enhancements and system integrations Participate in testing (UAT, integration) and production support Drive execution in fast-paced, partially defined environments Interested candidates may submit their resumes online or call at 310-906-4780 for further information regarding the position.
