This role will analyze data from Clover POS, vendor invoices, purchase orders, inventory records, and internal reports . The position requires strong analytical skills, Python, business intelligence tools, and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations to management. Key Responsibilities Sales & POS Analytics Analyze Clover POS sales, transactions, customer purchasing patterns, and product performance. Track sales, gross profit, margins, discounts, and other business KPIs. Identify sales trends and opportunities to improve pricing and profitability. Procurement & Inventory Review vendor invoices and purchase orders for pricing accuracy. Compare vendor costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Analyze inventory turnover, stock levels, product movement, and replenishment needs. Identify slow-moving products, stockouts, and excess inventory. Data Automation & Reporting Use Python, pandas, and NumPy for data cleaning, analysis, and automated reporting. Build dashboards using Power BI or Tableau . Use Advanced Excel for financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas, and analysis. Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations for management. Develop forecasts and recommendations related to sales, inventory, purchasing, and profitability. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred. Proficiency in Python, pandas, NumPy, Power BI or Tableau, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint . Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, financial analysis, business intelligence, and data modeling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. The Master's degree requirement reflects the advanced analytical nature of the position, including statistical analysis, Python-based data automation, financial modeling, forecasting, and business intelligence.
