Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your expertise in data interpretation, visualization, and reporting tools will support sales management, marketing strategies, and operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with business intelligence software, and a passion for leveraging data to foster business growth and process improvement. Duties Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Maintain dashboards and produce recurring and ad hoc reports that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders. Track, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and enhance automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase data reliability. Monitor data quality by identifying discrepancies, investigating issues, and implementing corrective actions to maintain data integrity. Conduct ad hoc analysis and respond to management requests by delivering timely, actionable insights to support business decision-making. Support documentation, reporting standards, and metric governance by maintaining data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure consistency across the organization. Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, risk management, or a related analytical field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and validate large datasets. Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization is considered a strong asset. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
